It is best to re-seal every 2 to 3 years. Before you apply the sealer, your concrete should be power washed first, wait for it to dry, and then have the sealer applied.
Can I put salt on my new concrete?
Any and all DE-icers stating that state they are safe to use on concrete are not recommended. Kitty litter and/or sand can be used for traction. Use only non-metal shovels.
